Scheduled for Sunday, August 10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the free community event will be held at the Loudoun Heritage Farm Museum at 21668 Heritage Farm Lane in Sterling.
“Join us as we bring the country to the suburbs with exhibits, children's activities, farm products and more to celebrate area farmers and Loudoun agriculture. It will be fun for the whole family!” said Loudoun Heritage Farm Museum Board President Su Webb.
Participating exhibitors and vendors will include Georges Mill Farm Artisan Cheese, Moonfire Orchard, Mom’s Apple Pie, Wegmeyer Farms, Wayside Farm and a variety of other community businesses and organizations. Activities include face painting, children's crafts, a farrier demonstration and a grape crushing activity with children. Animal displays and music from the Park View High School band will also be featured at the event.
